Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Version 1.0 · Published 9 October 2026 · Next review October 2027

Intellagentic Limited treats everyone fairly and with respect — the people who work with us, our clients, our suppliers and the people our work affects. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment or victimisation of any kind.

1. Purpose and scope

This policy sets out how Intellagentic Limited (trading as IntellagenticXO) meets its duties under the Equality Act 2010 and how we promote equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do.

It applies to everyone who works for or with us: employees, directors, contractors, interns, job applicants and partners engaged on our behalf. It also covers how we treat clients, suppliers and members of the public, and how we design and deploy our product.

2. Our commitment

We will not discriminate, directly or indirectly, against anyone because of a protected characteristic under the Equality Act 2010:

We also aim to treat people fairly regardless of background, caring responsibilities, socio-economic circumstances or language, including Welsh.

3. Recruitment and engagement

4. Working with us

5. Harassment, bullying and victimisation

Harassment, bullying and victimisation are not acceptable, whether in person, online, in messages or at events. This applies to conduct towards colleagues, clients, suppliers and anyone else we deal with. Anyone who raises a concern in good faith will not be treated less favourably for doing so.

6. Our clients, suppliers and partners

We expect our suppliers, contractors and partners to meet the standards in this policy and to comply with the Equality Act 2010. We will take action, up to ending the relationship, where they do not.

When we work for public bodies, we support them in meeting their own obligations, including the Public Sector Equality Duty and, in Wales, the Welsh language standards that apply to them.

7. Fairness in our product

XO supports decisions that can affect people — applicants, residents, patients and staff. We design it so that those decisions are fair and can be checked:

8. Raising a concern

Anyone who believes they have been treated unfairly, or has seen behaviour that breaks this policy, should raise it with a director, or email alan.moore@intellagentic.io. Concerns are dealt with promptly, fairly and as confidentially as possible. Breaches of this policy may lead to disciplinary action or the end of a contract.

9. Responsibility and review

The directors are responsible for this policy and for making sure it is followed. Everyone who works with us shares responsibility for treating others fairly. As we grow, we will introduce measures in proportion to our size. We review this policy every year, or sooner if the law or our business changes.

10. Approval

This policy has been approved by the Director of Intellagentic Limited.
