Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Financial year ending 31 October 2026 · Published 23 September 2026
Intellagentic Limited has zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking, in our own operations and in our supply chain. We publish this statement voluntarily — we are below the threshold at which it is required.
1. Introduction
Intellagentic Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have zero tolerance for modern slavery and human trafficking in any form, whether in our own operations or in our supply chains.
Although Intellagentic Limited is below the £36 million turnover threshold at which a statement is mandatory under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, we make this statement voluntarily, as a matter of good practice and to give our public-sector and NHS clients full assurance. It sets out the steps we take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our business or supply chains.
2. Our organisation and supply chains
Intellagentic Limited (trading as IntellagenticXO) is a UK software company that develops and deploys XO, an AI decision-support product, for public-sector and enterprise clients. We are a micro, remote-first organisation with no manufacturing operations, no owned premises and no company-owned vehicles.
Our supply chain is short and low-risk, consisting principally of:
- UK and EU cloud and data-centre providers, for hosting and compute;
- UK-based professional and software service providers — accountancy, legal, SaaS tools;
- a small number of UK-based contractors and partners engaged on professional terms.
We do not procure goods from, or operate in, sectors or geographies conventionally associated with a high risk of modern slavery.
3. Our policies
- This Modern Slavery Statement, reviewed and approved annually.
- Recruitment and engagement practices that verify the identity and right to work of everyone we engage, and that pay at or above the National Living Wage.
- Supplier expectations — we expect our suppliers and contractors to uphold the same standards and to comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, and we reserve the right to terminate relationships where breaches are identified.
- A whistleblowing route enabling anyone to raise concerns about how we or our suppliers conduct business, without fear of reprisal.
4. Due diligence and risk assessment
Given the nature and small scale of our supply chain, our modern-slavery risk is low. Our due diligence is proportionate and includes:
- selecting reputable, established suppliers, predominantly UK- and EU-based;
- confirming right-to-work for all individuals we engage;
- keeping our supply chain under review as the company grows, and increasing scrutiny of any higher-risk relationship should one arise.
We assess our current residual risk of modern slavery within our operations and supply chain as low.
5. Training and awareness
As a small team, awareness of modern-slavery risks is maintained directly among all personnel. As we grow, we will introduce structured awareness measures proportionate to our size and supply-chain complexity.
6. Approval
This statement covers the financial year ending 31 October 2026. It has been reviewed and approved by the Director of Intellagentic Limited, and will be reviewed and, if necessary, updated annually.
