Intellagentic Limited respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal data we collect, why, how we use it, and the rights you have — both when you visit intellagentic.io and when we contact you as part of our business outreach.
1. Who we are
Intellagentic Limited is the data controller. We are registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16761110), registered office 7 Penrose Mews, Lillie Road, London SW6 7AW.
We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), registration number ZC245865.

2. What this notice covers
This notice applies to two groups of people:
- Website visitors — anyone who visits intellagentic.io.
- Business contacts — individuals at organisations we contact by email as part of business-to-business outreach.
3. What we collect
Website visitors
- Contact data — your name and email address if you email us or use a linked form.
- Technical data — your IP address and request metadata, captured in our content-delivery (Amazon CloudFront) access logs and automatically deleted after 30 days. We use these only to keep the site secure and running.
We do not run website analytics, and we set no analytics or advertising cookies.
Business contacts (outreach)
- Business contact data — name, business email address, job title and employer.
- Professional context — publicly available information about your role and organisation, used to decide whether our services are relevant to you.
For outreach we obtain data from the individual or their employer directly, from publicly available professional sources (such as company websites and professional networks), and from reputable business-data providers. We do not target consumers, and we do not use special-category (sensitive) data.
4. How we use your data, and our lawful basis

Our outreach is directed to businesses and to named individuals at corporate email addresses, consistent with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR). Every outreach email identifies us, explains why we are contacting you, and offers a one-click way to opt out. If you object to marketing, we stop immediately.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a written data-processing agreement, including:
- Hosting — Amazon Web Services. Our website and outreach infrastructure run in the UK/EU (London, eu-west-2).
- Email delivery and outreach platform — our sending platform, used to send and manage outreach email.
- Customer relationship management — HubSpot, used to record who we have contacted and their preferences.
Some of these providers are located outside the UK. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We may also disclose data where required by law.
6. How long we keep it
- Website access logs — 30 days, then automatically deleted.
- Enquiry data — as long as needed to handle your enquiry, typically no more than 24 months.
- Outreach data — only while there is a legitimate interest in contacting you. If you opt out or your address bounces, we suppress it immediately.
- Suppression list — we keep a minimal record of opt-outs indefinitely, solely so we can honour your choice and not contact you again. We do not re-contact anyone within 90 days of a prior contact.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. You have an absolute right to object to direct marketing — if you tell us to stop, we stop, with no further contact.
To exercise any right, email privacy@intellagentic.io. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
